Walk On is looking for several new board members to serve on our board of directors. Anyone interested will be contacted by Mary Rachel Taylor, our Executive Director, with details about board service. We welcome you to sit in on a board meeting and/or to speak with current members.
We have an advisory board as well, that are not voting members but serve in an advisory capacity, for those not interested in governance but wishing to support Walk On's board and mission.
Walk On's board of directors governs the organization, sets goals, and has a sub-committee on fundraising. We are especially interested in people with nonprofit legal and financial experience or interest.
