Set-Up Crew - N/A due to current pandemic Lockdown. Unload supplies from vehicles, setup food and serving stations, setup drive thru lanes, miscellaneous meal tasks as needed. Time Needed 2:30-3:30pm.
Kitchen Prep -Prepare salads, side dishes and main entree as needed. Time Needed 3:30-4:30pm
Plating Team -Put food into carry out containers, replenish supplies as needed, clean and disinfect plating area. Time Needed 4:15-6:15 pm
Outdoor Runners -Communicate with participant to determine the number of meals needed in drive thru. Run carryouts to designated tables in drive thru. Time Needed 4:30-6:30pm
Clean-Up Crew -Wash dishes, take out garbage, remove signage, break down tables, load vehicles with supplies, miscellaneous tasks. Time Needed 6:00-7:00pm
Photographer - N/A due to pandemic lockdown.Take photographs at the meal throughout the evening. Send photos to sandyahasse@gmail.com Dress for indoor and outdoor. Wear a mask while taking photos. Time Needed 3:30-5:30 pm
Bakers - Bake 100 cookies and place each cookie in an individual ziplock bags. Deliver to host church between 3:15pm-4:15 pm. Wash hands, wear a mask and gloves while prepping cookies.
Assistant Coordinator - Manage and assist as needed all shifts on the day of the meal. Must be 21 years or older. Time Needed 3:00 - 7:00 pm.
