Each May, CFC hosts one of the oldest and largest native plant sales in Illinois. Since its start in 1996, the plant sale has grown to selling over 20,000 plants each year, expanding native habitat in yards throughout the Chicago region. Last year we had more than 100 volunteers contribute 1,400 hours to make this wonderful event happen.
We are excited to be at our newest and largest preserve, Hill 'N Dale Preserve, located in Barrington Hills at the northeast corner of W County Line Rd and Ridge Rd.

When folks have finished shopping you will tally up the number of plants then write it down for the customer to bring to the cashier. No calculator or math skills needed!
The sale is at a new location. This year it is at the new Hill 'N Dale Preserve at the northwest corner of W County Line Rd and Ridge Rd.
