Assist in communicating with current and prospective student families to arrange the weekly lesson time and location for each student. (primarily early fall). Updating documents on shared drive in the fall and as needed throughout year. Documents include the student roster (name, age, grade, address and contact information for each student, along with the lesson location, day and time and level) and master student attendance sheet In addition, the assistant may be required to communicate with teachers to determine their teaching availability, lesson materials needed and other information specified by the Executive Director.
