Who We Are
Founded in 1999 by a 9 year old Grove Avenue Elementary school student to teach chess and combine it with service. The program expanded and advanced to include hundreds of students attracting 2008 US Chess Champion GM Yury Shulman to adopt the program in 2006. 21 years later the program has donated over $200,000 to charities and educated over 10,000 students in chess and service.
