Who We Are
A group of volunteer parents, from Barrington 220, that work to fulfill our mission:
BCGT is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization of parents and educators whose common purpose is to continually enhance the Extended Services program in District 220 by serving as a resource and advocate for gifted students, their families and faculty.
What We Do
We host several events during the school year, including Game Night, Monthly Wisdom, Career Exploration nights and others. The majority of our membership fees go towards grants for our extended programs and classrooms. This includes academic competitions and events, software, supplies and furniture for classrooms. We meet monthly to discuss upcoming events, various topics and share updates in extended services in district 220.
