Elderwerks is seeking bilingual (English and Spanish) volunteers for our Latino Senior Expo. The Expo will take place at the Centre of Elgin, 100 Symphony Way, Elgin on Thursday September 19, 2024. The Expo offers local resources for Latino seniors.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) Volunteers will be assigned a variety of tasks including:
Welcoming attendees
Monitoring booths
Assisting in the mobile eye/hearing screening booth
Tear down and clean up
Sign up to volunteer for one or both of the following shifts:
Morning: 8:30am--11:00am
Mid-day: 10:30am--2:00pm
