Description

The Direct of Marketing plans and implements the marketing strategy for the Choir, and acts as liaison between the organization and the media.  

  • establishes standard presentation guidelines and branding for all internal and external communications.
  • publicizes major events and news using media, posters, press releases, the choir's website, social media, community partners** and other local media outlets.  (**Barrington Area Library, Barrington Area Community Association, Quintessential Barrington)
  • directs the Choir's online presence (e.g., website, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram).  Ensures that all outlets reflect current, accurate information.
  • partners with other Board members to design publicity items for concerts/public performances,  fundraising/sponsorship pursuits and other events.
  • builds relationships in the community to advance the mission and visibility of BCC.
