Each May, CFC hosts one of the oldest and largest native plant sales in Illinois. Since its start in 1996, the plant sale has grown to selling over 20,000 plants each year, expanding native habitat in yards throughout the Chicago region. Last year we had more than 100 volunteers contribute 1,400 hours to make this wonderful event happen.
We are excited to be at our newest and largest preserve, Hill 'N Dale Preserve, located in Barrington Hills at the northeast corner of W County Line Rd and Ridge Rd.

Volunteers on this team will hand pre-sale order sheets to other volunteers who will be pulling the plants for each order. Forms are brought back and organized for reference. Random checks of pre-sale orders will be completed by this team for quality control which improves the customer experience.
There won't be bending or lifting for this role. Sitting is possible while doing this role.
