Each year our garden produces between 20 and 30 thousand pounds of fresh vegetables which are distributed to 7 local food pantries. For the 2024 season, we have already planted 4,000 seedlings. The garden team works early weekday mornings (while it is cool and not if it's raining). We also work Saturdays after 10 a.m. Once you are trained, you are welcome to work when you are available. Weeding and tying up tomatoes can be done anytime. Harvesting is only done in the morning.
