The prescribed burn is done, Earth Day plants are in and the path has fresh mulch! Join us as we overseed the remainder of the path on this workday. Because we will be working outdoors, we encourage you to wear long sleeves and pants, sturdy closed-toe shoes and gloves if possible. We also encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle. Please wear a mask and we will maintain safety protocols.
Pederson Preserve is located on Lake Cook Road across from Barrington High School. There is NO parking on the preserve. Please park in the parking lot at Barrington High School by the tennis courts and carefully cross Lake Cook Road at the stoplight to the preserve.
