We will be dividing into different work groups
- Anti-Deer Fencing: We will be installing wire mesh fencing around the sapling oaks and shrubs that we planted during OaktoberFest. No free lunch here, Bambi!
- Mulch: Each newly planted oak sapling and native shrub will get a mulch blanket to keep them warm and hydrated this winter
- Garbage Collectors: One or two sets of hands can do garbage clean up along Lake Cook and Old Sutton Roads. We will provide garbage bags and hi-visibility vests.
Wear boots or sturdy shoes. Bring leather gloves if you have them. Dress for the weather. A refillable water bottle is strongly encouraged!
