Elderwerks is seeking event photographers for our Aging Better Expo. The Expo will take place at the Triphahn Center 1685 W Higgins Rd. Hoffman Estates, IL 60169 on Wednesday, August 31, 2022. Attendees have the opportunity to attend educational sessions throughout the day and speak with resource booth representatives. We will be providing complimentary breakfast and lunch to attendees, volunteers, and resource booth representatives. The Expo will be in-person and also live-streamed including expert education, tips on aging topics, local resources, and prizes for attendees.
Schedule for the Day:
- Volunteer, Staff, Resource Booth Vendors Arrive 7:00AM-8:15AM
- Set Up 7:00AM-8:30AM
- Attendees Arrive & Resource Booths Open 8:30AM
- Educational Classes 9:00AM-11:30AM (30 minute break at 10:00AM)
- Lunch 11:30AM-1:00PM
- Educational Classes 1:00PM-3:30PM (30 min break at 2:00PM)
- Resource Booths Close 2:00PM
