We are so excited for this year's Tartans for the Trust event!
This is the biggest and most important event for the Barrington Area Conservation Trust, and we are looking for a few volunteers who would be willing to help with the tasks communicated below. The event will be held on:
Sunday, September 24th 2023
1:00-5:00pm
Valley View Farm
260 Otis Rd.
Barrington, IL 60010
Ideally, we would like to have 4-6 volunteers who would take 2-3 hour shifts. Because we need help with setup and takedown, the volunteer shifts would go from 12-2pm, 2-4pm, and 4-6pm.
Here are the tasks we are looking for help with:
Set up the day of (tablecloths/chairs)
Parking/porters
Check-in
Raffle ticket sales
BACT merch table
Silent auction
Kids art/craft activities
Kids sports activities
Photography/videography
